Ladco Leasing complaint
The dispute was, essentially, over Ladco’s breach of contract and poor performance of the citations in our equipment use contract. This resulted in costing my business and customers; loss of sales during our heaviest business weekend of the Christmas Season; undue financial hardship, and heavy economic impact. All for which Ladco responded with little regard for our predicament.

After contacting Ladco, we boxed and mailed the equipment back to Ladco. Ladco claimed they never received the equipment back, for which we had delivery proof.

I'm wondering if it is time for a class action suit, since there seem to be numerous complaints on this company. What do you all think?

Ladco will also cause you financial ruin. I sent them back their unrequested/unneeded equipment and have proof of same. They claimed I am still in breach of contract and violated the terms of a "non cancelable commercial lease" They have reported me to credit bureaus and I have a negative default history because of these Ladco crooks!

I think that customer service is critical to operating any business and contractual obligations are just that. Sounds like this was pretty unethical behavior

I concur Ladco needs to step up to the plate, follow through on financial oblgations and have the good customer service for which they claim.
