The worst customer service ever

I switched banks and completely forgot about getting the info to ladco for my registers, the next mo the debited my new account three times the lease. The next mo over twice the amount. When I called to find out what was going on the told me that that's a return fee a late fee and the payment. I said you debited my account last mo I did not auterize you to do so on the new account how did you get the info, the guy was a total butt! And said in a rude as *** tone that we use what ever measures in collections to get our money! First of all I've only had this account for two mo. 2nd I've never given the new info to anyone. Third if you had the new info after the first time why the *** did you not contact me or just d bit this account this time after you fouls out the the other account had ben closed.

I was forced to lease from Ladco while I was renting gallery space in my local area. I met with the representive who really went left and right and back and forth about the length of the lease. After a month at the rental space, the owner decided that we should use another credit card company and so everyone renting space had to do as he wished.. that was over 3 years.. I have been paying over $115 a month for the last THREE years for something I have never even used.. when I call to cancel my lease they just say .. "No can't be done".. wow. Every time I see my payment for this "lease" it just makes me sick to my stomach.

Never Ending Lease STAY AWAY

We obtained this terminal when we switched merchant services to Elvon. We paid $28.76 for two years and still could not get out of this lease. The worst lease we have ever been involved in. Finally had to *** the bullet and buy it out, just to get rid of them. Worse Service ever! The terminal is outdated with the new chip requirements AND is not compatible with our new merchant services. DO NOT get involved with his company. They are very shady, and just steal your money. Be careful to make sure what your representative tells you will happen, and what actually does. They never allowed a return of the terminal to cancel this lease.

Elavon and Ladco Leasing Predators!!

Elavon hooks you up with the lease agreement. They tell you that you can cancel at any time.

What they don't tell is that even if you cancel, you still have to pay on your lease. Steuben Trust Company, the bank who hooked me up with Evavon, was horrified to see what they had done to me. So far they haven't offered to help me out with the lease. I have two of their POS terminals.

If I return them, I will still owe $624.96 on one of them and $507.78 on the other. What a total rip off. I just signed up with another service. I purchased two of the identical terminals for $99.00 each.

I will check with my attorney but it doesn't look like I can get out of the lease. With what I have already paid on the lease, I will be paying $1475.74 for these two terminals and have nothing to show for it.

Your review describes my experience to a "T"! Elavon sales rep said I could cancel at anytime and return the equipment and no more charges.

Yes, you can cancel the Elavon $20 monthly charge, but that is only half of the story. You cannot cancel the lease...even if you return the equipment.

US Bank lured me into "saving money" w their merchant services product. And told I could cancel at any time. Nope! Although I cancelled my MS account over a year ago, Ladco threatened that if I didn't continue to pay their monthly fees FOR THEM DOING ABSOLUTELY NOTHING, they would ruin my credit. Most unethical business EVER!

A 12 month contract doesn't mean 12 months at all. When we called to complain we were told very UN-NICELY that we should read the fine print. What a way to do business!! The contract clearly states that it a 12 month contract but is completely open ended. US BANK sent us to them and they should be ashamed of themselves for working with such a disreputable firm. They are to blame as well. The US BANK officer that I talked to admitted the 'problems' with the contract but that's just how it is. He told me that he would try to make it right and call back but days later still hasn't.

SIGNED UP FOR THE DEVISE THE SALES PERSON IN THE US BANK NEVER TOLD ME IT WAS A 48 MONTH LEASE. HE SAID SIGN RIGHT HERE AND YOUR DEVISE WOULD BE PAID IN 8 MONTHS.

WELL WE ALL KNOW WHAT HAPPEN NEXT BILLS FOR THE NEXT 48 MONTHS. YOU DO NOT OWN THE DEVISE IN 8 MONTHS WHAT A SCAM. THEY ALSO BILL ME 20.00 MONTH FOR INSURANCE WAVER, WHICH I NEVER GOT IN THE MAIL. I AM SORRY TO SAY US BANK YOU ARE INVOLVED EVEN IF YOU SAY YOUR NOT AND HAVE TO DEAL WITH LADCO.

LADCO TOLD ME THAT YOU CAN GET OUT OF THE LEASE IF YOU PAY IN FULL. I TOLD THEM $2,000 FOR THAT THING OF PLASTIC?

Please do not make the huge mistake of leasing a machine from LADCO or using elavon services. Today November 9,2015 I finally get to return my machine and end my lease after 4 years of paying 64.96 a month.

I have paid 3,118 to LADCO in total. This does not include the 100+ a month I was giving to elavon. I stopped using this machine after my 1st year when I realized it was a complete rip off. I was told I would pay 1 percent of my sales and no per transaction fee which was a lie.

Each month I was paying almost 20 percent of my merchant sales. It was cheaper to just stop using it and switch to square which I have no complaints. When I tried to get out my contract they told me I was stuck and the only way I could get out was to buy out the remainder of my lease.

The worst part is that the machine never worked properly. Within 1st year they switched my machine out twice.

It did not matter to Ladco that I had sent my machines back and sent emails etc. Because I didn't take the time and sit on hold for an hour they are now refusing to refund the three months for leasing after the machines had been returned. The "fella" I spoke with, his name starts with a "G" but he clearly isn't one . . . is a terrible . . . i don't even want to call him human. Anyhow, this is not the first time I have been treated poorly by a Ladco rep . . . they are just horrible rude beings.

Just had to pay 206 dollars to get out of the lease for equipment I used 3 times, the merchant service behind the machine was so corrupt I couldn't afford to use the machine. I noticed they started charging me more money every month, called them to find I was now paying an extra month to month fee.

To my surprise I never signed the 1 dollar buy-out, so I had to pay their 206 dollar buy-out fee. What a scam. I wish there was something somebody could do to stop this kinda stuff.

I paid 2300 plus dollars for a credit card machine I used 3 times, and would have returned the third month i had it. Hopefully nobody else gets stuck with Ladco, worst experience I've ever had in my small buiness.

Mathew Perry BIG TIME SCAM ARTIST

On February 26, 2013 Mathew Perry did the exact same scam to me but only worse. I specifically told him I didn't want to sign any type of lease for equipment because I knew it was 1000% less to out right buy a machine ( credit card terminal ).

Told me about all the money I would be saving and I was directed to say yes to everything I was asked on the phone conversation with the leasing company (Merrimac Leasing Co. ). That the payment would be reimbursed and that there was not a lease on equipment. They would reimburse the monthly fees.

What a line of BS I was fed by scam artist Mathew Perry. To this day 01/19/2016 it still makes my head hurt just to think what this *** did. I feel for his wife and family if this is the way he has to do business to feed them.

Unless of course they/she had already figured him out and left his sorry ***.

Ladco overcharges for it's equipment and doesn't update equipment

A lease of 3 Ladco Credit card machines cost us almost $15,000 over contract term of 60 months. Not one single update on equipment was done by Ladco even though it no longer met fraud prevention requirements. No solution or updates were offered when we spoke with them, the ONLY thing this company did on a regular basis was make sure they got their payment. I WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY TO ANYONE!!! I was able to purchase better, up to date equipment guaranteed against fraud from another company for only $260 per unit. LESSON LEARNED

Ladco Leasing

Was sold a merchant account from Endtrust, was told the terminal was free. Then started having $ 69.00 deducted automatically out of my account for the terminal which I was told I had to have even though I had my own. When asked, they said the money I was saving was like having the terminal for free, stuck in a 5 year lease, 8 months to go, the terminal goes down, I call Ladco, they say it is the manufacturer we do not warranty the equipment, When asked why then are you taking $ 69.00 out of my account, I was told read the contract. They are not responsible for the equipment. The better business bureau needs to be involved, this company needs to be shut down, the credit card processor Endtrust falsely portrayed the contract. Do not under any circumstance trust a processor that has Ladco leasing as their terminal provider.

I encourage anyone dealing with this company to dissolve their relationship with them. They are a dishonest and misleading company, and should be shut down.

I've had Ladco and Elavon for our business for 3 years and 8 months and I'm paying off the lease 4 months early just to get rid of Ladco. Every time I call them, their attitude is terrible. They act as if they are doing you a favor. This last time, when I had problems with the machine, they told me to call the Service Company ((Elavon). I called Elavon and their response was that it was Ladco's responsibility. Between the increased rates-which they don't notify you about, the "administrative" charges they hit you with and the "pass-on" charges they say are from the actual credit card companies, I've had it with both companies.
